Hi, what is the correct way to uninstall a printer from my iMac please.
I have a new printer and before I start to install that I want to make sure all files are deleted from my old printer.

Hi,
Some printer manufacturers offer an uninstaller for a specific model.
If necessary, you could reset the printing system (but that will affect other printers as well, if applicable). Files from the printer software installation may still be on the computer.

You can delete the queue by going into the printer setup page, selecting the printer and hitting '-'

There's no need. Just set up your new printer.

I tried it with an older printer on my Mac and it worked fine, so I'll do as you advise, thanks!
