How do I get my passcode

I forgot my password to my old phone

You create the passcode yourself when setting up the phone.


After that you MUST remember it.


There is no means to “recover” it, you can only reset the phone - which completely erases it - and restore from a backup.


You WILL need your AppleID and password.

Note: If running iOS prior to 15.2, you’ll additionally need a cable and a computer to follow the instructions linked near the bottom of the article.
