Iphone storage

My iPhone storage is full and when I click on the apps I don’t want anymore and delete them that way they still pop up with how much storage they are using. Even though I deleted these apps a long time ago they still show up in the iCloud storage and won’t go away. How do I fix this if I can?

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Your screenshot shows remnants of applications taking at most several millibytes of storage. But iPhone storage is measured in gigabytes. One gigabyte is one thousand millibytes. So you're looking at a tiny amount of storage. Don't be concerned about it.
