That usually means that the radio microcircuit that manages both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has died. Apple’s only solution is to replace the phone (they will sell you one at a discount) unless it is under warranty or you have extended AppleCare+. In theory the chip can be replaced, but Apple doesn’t support board-level repair.


You can try restoring the phone to factory settings, and testing before you restore your backup. If it doesn’t work when the phone is in a factory reset state the problem is definitely hardware.
