I just upgraded to the series 7 Apple Watch and heart rate is no longer an option for display. On the watch app, outdoor walk, metrics, it’s greyed out. My series 6 always showed it. I’ve checked on both the phone and watch that all the appropriate things are toggled on, in every possible place
