Watch is leaving a red circle on my wrist

Has anyone who has or had a red circle on their wrist from the Apple watch figure out what it’s from, if not from it being too tight, an allergy, dirty watch or dirty skin? I’ve had my series 6 for over a year and still cannot find out why. I do not have an allergy to anything on the sport band and have worn other activity tracking watches, including FitBit, with no issue whatsoever.

I’m thinking it has to do with the biometrics and the technology Apple created to collect data while wearing. Some like to say there haven’t been a lot of people reporting this issue, however, from searching online I see many.

Apple makes it difficult to report issues which don’t fall into one of the buckets they have as choices on their website. That could be part of the reason why they say reported issues are too minimal to report. I’ve reported this to them before with no response and no cases show up in my account when I view past activity. There were a couple of cases I opened in the past. Maybe they delete them after time, not sure.
