I can't download games and other apps on my device
I would like to say thanks to the Community if they're going to let my device download any apps.

Have you got screen time enabled potentially blocking app downloads?
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > (ensure “installing apps” is selected)
