I’m try to factory reset series 6 Apple Watch
I’m trying to factory reset Apple Watch series 6 but when I connect to charger and hold down the side button it just powers off and doesn’t give me “slide to power off”. Why not?

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
