I need to reset my deceased dad's iPhone, so we can erase all of his data before we recycle the phone. However, while my dad was still alive, but cognitively impaired, my mom cancelled his email and Apple ID. Will Apple be able to assist me with this? Or does anyone know the steps I should take for this? Will it require a death certificate?
