If you have Settings/Accessibility/Touch/Shake to Undo turned on (it is on by default, unless you turn it off) it works for calendar entries. With the Calendar app open just shake the phone.

The Calendar App does not have an “undo” function. All edits and deletions are immediate and irreversible.
