32 bit apps have not been able to run on Mac OS for several generations of Mac OS. In short, it is time for you to buy an updated version of Photoshop.
Sorry to tell you what did not want to hear, however there are no viable alternatives for your current Mac.
Photoshop CS5 will not run on Monterey.
