Can someone help my husband for some reason his Face ID seems that is not set up , but it was it won’t work we try to reset Face ID again and still won’t let him do it but if I try the phone works but as soon as his face is put on the square it work
My husband iPhone won’t let him use Face ID we try resetting the feature again before it was working fine but now it won’t even let him do it once he’s face is on the camera square it won’t pass from there to continue to set it up but if I try my face it works ??? Not his face what is going on . We try turning the phone on and off and nothing . Has this happen to anyone else ? Thank you 🙏
