Have region set to US and I still can’t set up region due to “region unavailable”. How do I fix it?
Bought the phone in PR but I’m living in NC and my address is set to NC, still can’t set up due to region issues.

Try this. Go to Settings>General>Language & Region>Region and, no matter what it currently says, reselect your correct region.
