Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My iPhone says it’s been disabled in iTunes.

My phone says it’s been disabled in iTunes and something else. What does that mean and how do I fix it ? I can’t do hardly anything like update my apps or get my Apple Music!!!! Please help……

The iforgot option doesn't help when an Apple ID has been disabled in iTunes and App Store. That indicates a billing/payment related issue and can only be resolved by contacting Apple Support as indicated in If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


My iPhone says it’s been disabled in iTunes.
