Activity Rings Not Accurate after new phone

Hello,

yesterday I changed from an phone 12 to 13 and needed to repair my watch 5. All my health data was backed up purposely before I transferred to my new phone but the watch was plagued with frozen screens and restarts.

now my health data says I closed my rings from June 30, which wouldn’t normally be a problem but I have worked hard to close them for 552 days and I would like to continue that.

I can see all my rings closed on my phone and watch but the awards aren’t updating?

any help would be appreciated!

That is correct if your Mac's operating system is reasonably current. Your backup is performed using Finder.

So backing up on my iPhone isn't backing up?

It is backing up ... just not your Health data.
