Exercise ring won’t update even after deleting workout data

I had to manually enter workout details for one evening, but I ended up entering too much by mistake.

This cause me to have an impossible record to beat.

I have already deleted the data from both the fitness app as well as the health app, but my apple watch rings remain the same. On the screenshot attached, you can see there’s no data but my rings are still there. Is there anyway to reset the ring for that day?

After editing data, Rings will only update on the day, retrospective edits will not affect rings in the past.

You could go to iphone, Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) and turn off Health which will erase all Fitness data on iphone and after restarting turn Health  back on.

But warning the Rings and Awards  will take days to return and I can't guarantee it won't lose some on the way. I did it accidentally and it took over 2 weeks for the year's Activity to recalculate .
