I cant touch my upper right iphone 11

Why can’t I touch the upper part of my iPhone 11,like when I bring down my control center the search bar will appear I cant open my control center I can only access it through my assistive touch when I put my assistive touch to upper right corner it freeze and I cant touch my assistive touch i remove my case forced restart reset but nothing changed pls pls give me answer the control center part it’s like stuck

If you're sure that nothing (cover, screen protector, dirt, scratch) is interfering with your touch screen in that area, AND If you already tried (to no avail) a "forced" restart of your 11, it might be a hardware (screen? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
