Permissions Prompts Will Not Go Away

Since 12.4 Monterey update, any permissions prompts will not disappear/register a click on "allow" or "dont allow" until a reboot is performed. This has been happening for various applications, it is an issue with 12.4 Monterey.

Unwanted popups Since upgrading to Sonoma, I get two pop-ups saying that "NETserver" and "USBserver" would like to access data from other apps and asking for permission. How do I get rid of seeing these pop-ups after every reboot? I have no apps specifically called "NETserver" or "USBserver".

We'd recommend starting your Mac to safe mode to see if the same issue occurs there. That would help to isolate the problem further.
