i dont see the factory reset word
Factory Reset isn’t a specific item that you’ll find in iPad settings - but you can erase and reset the iPad. The path varies according of your installed version of iOS/iPadOS:
iOS/iPadOS15 or later
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad > Erase All Content and Settings
iOS/iPadOS14 and earlier
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
A factory restore (most closely analagous to a “factory reset”) fully wipes the iPad and re-installs the Operating System. This support page outlines restoration of an iPad to Factory Settings:
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support
You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support
Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support
Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will be delighted to assist.

It would not be worded as “Factory Reset”. The option is worded as Erase All Content & Settings.
Hope that helps 😉
