The Apple tv app on my Sony smart tv has trouble downloading. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
How can this be fixed? My ipads work fine with it.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. The troubleshooting in If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app is the best place to start for Apple TV app issues.
If the same continues after those steps, what exactly happens with the Apple TV app? Are you trying to watch movies or what are you doing when this occurs? Are there issues with any other apps?
