Unable to use Wi-Fi calling iOS 15.5 update

How can I get my phone to use Wi-Fi for calling? We moved and our Verizon service is horrible!! I have great Wi-Fi signal but can’t get my phone to hook up for calling. I’ve tried the reboot of phone and Wi-Fi and nothing is working. Any suggestions??

Making WIFI calls on my current 6s iPhone I have 5G WiFi and live in a location where I cannot make calls over my data plan from by iPhone 6S. I have enabled WIFI calling on my phone, my phone is picking up the WIFI signal but I still cannot make or receive calls or texts. Does anyone know if this is a phone related issue?

Wifi calling not working I have used Wi-Fi Calling for years. Including at the specific location I am currently visiting. But when I try to make a phone call on Wi-Fi Calling, it says that I am not connected to Wi-Fi. I am because all other functions like imessage and internet browsing work. I have reset all my Wi-Fi buttons, reset the router, toggled on and off the Wi-Fi, restarted my phone, double checked that my carrier still supports Wi-Fi Calling, and done all the things. And it continues to not allow me to do Wi-Fi calling.

Hello Beth,

First try the steps listed here to attempt to fix your wifi calling. If those steps do not work I would recommend trying Verizon's steps here.
