Can’t reinstall WhatsApp on my iPhone

I am on version 11.4.1.

WhatsApp uninstalled when I switched off my phone And now I am unable to reinstall it.

I was told that I needed to update my software by October, So I thought I would manage until then on my present version.

The App Store isn’t showing me WhatsApp, so I’m presuming that my phone is no longer compatible ?

I don’t have enough storage at present to update to new version.

The iPhone 5S, released by Apple nine years ago, can use iOS 12.5.5. You should be using that version.

You said you're on iOS 11.4.1. This version is too old to support WhatsApp Messenger, which is available in the App Store and requires iOS 12 or greater.

Only WhatsApp or no Apps are getting installed? If none of the apps are getting downloaded then...If you can't download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad

App Store and iTunes

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
