Multiple users for air tags?

Anyone have new info on whether multiple people can track an air tag? Ex. Can my husband & I both see tracking for my son’s air tag? I can see all my husband’s devices on our family plan but am not seeing the air tags he has linked to his phone. Frustrating…hoping there is an update.

You would have to use two separate air tags to track an object or a person, as the Air tags can only be associated with one Apple ID.

Apple has not mentioned any update regarding sharing AirTags.
