Reaching out to Apple to propose alert for scam attempt

Hi,

I noticed that in many of the scam emails that I get the sender name is from my contact list but the email of the sender does not match that of the contact. It would be useful if, when such an email is received, there would be a flag that alerts the user to the inconsistency. Who do I send this proposal to?

Thanks.
