Who can view my card contact photo?

How can I view and edit which contacts can see my contact card photo when I call or text them or Vice verse

Share your name and photo in Messages on Mac

In the Messages app on your Mac, choose Messages > Preferences, then click General.
Select “Set up Name and Photo Sharing,” then follow the onscreen instructions to customize the following: ...

The contact you’re calling does not see your photo. They see whatever you have passed along to them that perhaps they save under your name in Contacts.
