Apple Watch will not stop talking even with voice over OFF

How do I get my watch to stop talking. The voiceover is off. I tried to turn it off with Siri, on my iPhone, & tapping the side button. It will NOT STOP TALKING! Help

Apple Watch keeps on talking My series 7 just started talking when I woke up the other day. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off, because the voiceover is on but also disabled to be changed to off. Here’s a screenshot of the accessibility setting from my watch app thru phone and inside the setting app from my watch itself.

Turn off voice feedback in the watch app.
