Alarm Clock ‘Internal Error’ adding custom songs (iOS 15.4.1)

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the Clock app.

When creating a new alarm, or editing an existing one, tapping “pick a song” results in the attached error message.

When I tap “cancel”, it gets stuck as a white screen and the app needs closing and relaunching.

When I relaunch the app, it opens as if I was editing an alarm, rather than opening the main screen of all my alarms. Maybe this is a part of the bug-perhaps it’s getting stuck in edit mode?

I’m using an iPhone 12, iOS 15.4.1 and I have tried restarting it.

Hi XVerax,

Does this happen as soon as you tap "Pick a song," or after you try selecting a song?

Also, is the Music app installed on your device and functioning otherwise?

If so, we recommend using this link to reach Apple directly: Apple Support

Best wishes.
