Whether or not to use a VPN is a personal preference if not required by say a company you work for.

They all have their problems as do all apps. To get specific user experiences on a given VPN, you need to search the web on that specific VPN.

I've used several over the years and each has its specific advantages. Which you think is good depends on what you need.
