loss of valuable data

i recovered my i phone 13 Promax 25th march because of not remembering password it took ,e three days once phone is recovered as its business mobile the contacts missing, pictures ,videos missing,files files missing once contact apple support they said i did not do the back up in i cloud bought iCloud i have in my phone all gone cant help it out why? i saved every thing in my mobile is there any way to get it back ?in what's t up chat all group are available although they are new but with out back up

any possibility? I am using iPhone since so many years for verification so much details once it comes to data no it cant be done i am discouraged
