Updating ios

Your iPhone 5c can only be updated to iOS version 10.x.x If you already have iOS version 10 installed then you cannot update it further than that.

An iPhone 5c isn't capable of 11 or above. To update it to 10.3.3, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
