My charger broke inside while I was removing the charger, and it's one year old the phone with the charger so my question is: is the charger under warranty? or I have to pay to get a new one?

Apple Accessories come with a limited 1-year warranty. If you bought the charger within that year, you can get a replacement at apple for free.
