what feature tracks and displays the apps I use often at the bottom of my iphone screen - I want to turn it off

iPad OS has a feature that shows recently used apps in the Dock but there is no such feature on the iPhone.


Do you mean the apps that show when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen? Those are the apps that are in suspended status. They are tracked by iOS and you can't turn that off.


If you mean something else, please explain.
