Apple Lossless and Hi-Res support for Windows

How can we listen to Apple Music music in Lossless and Hi-Res mode on a Windows Device?

I have a paid subscription to Apple Music
Can't seem to get loss less / hi-res through Apple Music in the Browser
iTunes (v12.12.3.5 64bit) apple music files only seems to be available in 44.1khz 256kbps (even if available in lossless/hires on mobile)
