We are being charged $.99 per month for xtra iCloud storage but keep getting messages that storage is used up. ??Are we getting the credit that we are paying for???

You are getting the storage you are paying for to look at it follow the instructions I provide: Settings<Click on your name at the top<iCloud<Manage storage.
