No 32-bit applications are supported on Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey, so anyone migrating from Mojave or earlier to these operating systems would have applications that are no longer compatible and need to be updated from their vendor with 64-bit versions of them.
If you lost Pages '09 (ink bottle icon) because it was a 32-bit application, or an older version of Pages (v5 > 11.1), then you can visit the Mac App Store and just download and install Pages v11.2. Same drill for Numbers v11.2.
Microsoft only supports the current 64-bit Microsoft 365 (subscription), or the Office 2019/2021 for Mac suite (single purchase) choices for installation. If you had the 32-bit version of Office 2016, or Office 2011 for Mac, they are unsupported on Monterey and will require you to obtain your choice of those products in the first sentence in this paragraph. Your Microsoft, Pages, and Numbers documents are unaffected by the 64-bit application requirement.
