How to disabled my iTunes from my iPhone

My daughter got iPhone trying to set it up but we were trying to go into iTunes to download and it says disabled iTunes. So am trying to figure how to make it work? It a iPhone 13 mini

Connect iPhone to Computer / Mac


Settings > Touch/Face ID & Passcode > USB Accessories > [Enable]
