Cracked Back

Hello, I cracked the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wanted to know if apple helped repair the back or if I can get a replacement phone.

If you have apple care+ accidental damage will cover your repair, you'll pay a fixed amount for repair. Otherwise, you'll need to pay the full amount of the repair.
