No, as I explained, you don’t have to if you are installing a newer version.
I said to delete the beta profile. You only have to restore the device if you want to restore an earlier version of 14, but that isn’t what you want to do. Just delete the beta profile and restart your phone. And keep this problem in mind the next time you think about installing a beta.

I tried all of those and through the computer on iTunes. When I connect to iTunes and check for updates it shows 14.5.1 and says its the latest version. Update iTunes maybe?
