Yes you can! Go to System Preferences >> Software Update >> then you should see the option to update to macOS Monterey 12.
Before you update, I recommend backing up your Mac with Time Machine (see link if needed) and also make sure you have at least 26GB of free space on your drive.

Don't see why not. Check System Preferences > Software Update.

Monterey requires 26GBs to install.
