It's unbelievable apple was still not able to fix this hotspot

Everytime I want to use the hotspot from my iphone on my macbook pro I have to switch bluetooth serveral times on and off, switch hotspot on and off, sometimes with success and sometime it still would not connect! I can not work like this. Even a Huawei or android connects to the macbook without problems and shares internet instantly, but the apple Iphone does not. I had several generations of macbooks and iphones. currently on iphone 11 and macbook m1 with latest os.

Did you try to connect to the iPhone Hotspot via USB cable?
