Annoyed with imessage

My phone number is deactivated from Apple. I am still receiving iMessages to my iPad. Messages are not going to my Andriod phone, even with iMessage turned off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Messages not arriving on your Android phone should be directed to your cellphone service provider or the phone maker’s support.

iMessage on your iPad can be disabled in Settings-Messages then disable messages.
