Bit.Ly and screen time

Hello, the screen time on my daughter’s phone is running bit.ly. Last night it ran for 7 hours. I have seen other posts that tie it to safari but the icon to the left just has a “B”. Could this be some type of virus? Is there a way to remove it because I don’t see it as an app on her phone.
