backup from Icloud from Ipod to Iphone 6

I want to transfer mine ipod backup from Icloud to the Iphone6 and I'm stopped with the IOS version

they said mine on the iphone IOS12 is too old need iOS15??

Do you know how to do that?

Probably because your iPod Touch is running iOS 15, and your (obsolete) iPhone 6 can only run up to iOS 12, and you cannot restore from an iCloud backup made on a newer version of iOS.
