You get a battery replacement at an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider.

Lithium-ion batteries degrade over time.

Time for a New Battery:

Battery Health percentage is a guestimation. I've seen mine increase by 3%. So, once you see 80%, then its time for a new battery.
