We have multiple Apple Home minis in our home. Can they be used independently under one Apple ID? or will each mini need to be set up under a different ID? Having trouble trying set up for the kids.
HomePod mini
It will depend a bit on exactly how you want to use them. HomePod works best for music when paired with an Apple Music account. But a single user Apple Music account can only supply one stream at a time. You can however AirPlay from multiple devices. Features such as Intercom will only work if all devices are set up in the same Home, which in turn implies they are set up by the same user, or users sharing the Home who have been granted the ability to add devices to it. Each HomePod can be set with a different default account for music.
