account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

I have changed my password for iTunes and App Store but it still says my account is still disabled

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

👉🏼 If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
