iPhones do not pair via bluetooth to a Mac. There some apps that do connect an iPhone to a Mac but the "pairing"is done via the app. Just what are you try to do by pairing an iphone with a mac?

What webcam are you trying to pair to the Mac? few if any webcams connect to a Mac via bluetooth.
