my iPad is frozen on the support.apple.com/ipad/restore screen. how do i restore my iPad??
Just leaving it sit or restarting isn't going to fix a device that is stuck in recovery mode. You HAVE TO connect it to a computer and follow the instructions at the link provided to resolve the issue.

If you were just trying to get your iPad unfrozen, you can do the following:
Hold down the Power button and the Home button together until the iPad turns off and reboots. You can let go when you see the Apple logo on the screen.
That still didnt work it keeps restarting the reset and never goes to 100% even if i left it overnight what can i do?
I have done as instructed above but my Ipad is still frozen!
