When this issue occurs, are you using your cellular network, Wi-Fi or both? If you're unable to download your ringtone, you can try the following steps below:
- Navigate to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases. Tap on that option and sign out. (This step will remove purchases that you've downloaded for offline use.
- Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- After the iPhone restarts, sign back in and test to see if this specific issue continues to occur.
