Storage and iCloud

Hello everyone,

my iphone has 64GB which is not enough for me so I upgraded to the 2T

BUT my iPhone storage is still full and I couldn’t download or take any pictures until I free some space!!!! How can I use the new plan to maximize my iPhone storage?

iCloud storage is online on the iCloud server, accessible to any of your devices signed into that account. It is not actually on your phone: the storage on a phone - or any iOS device - cannot be increased. You will need either to remove some data or to buy a new phone with more storage.

You can use iCloud Drive along with Files app to store data files on iCloud as though it was Dropbox or OneDrive.

Whether you can get Whatsapp or DJIGO to interface with iCloud Drive is another matter. Contact the developers.

Do you really need 6GB of chat history and kitten videos?

Until you find a way to intetface those apps you are paying for 2TB you can not fill.
